My name is Nguyen Quang Nam (“Nguyen” is surname, “Quang” means Light, “Nam” means South). I was born and raised in Hanoi, Vietnam.

I am currently a Mechanical Engineering PhD student at New York University (NYU) in the Machines in Motion Laboratory.

I obtained my Bachelor of Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2021 with double major in Mechanical Engineering and Physics, and achieved Highest Distinction Honours.

From 2021-2024, I was Research Assistant at Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) in the Control Robotics Intelligence (CRI) Group.
